What in case of rain?

There are always umbrellas on board.
Or: book one of our cabrio boats for your group, so that you can enjoy a pleasantly dry cruise. You will still sail under the lowest medieval bridges to the most beautiful places.

Want to join in with other passengers? Ask our cashier at the ticket office when the next cabrio boat is leaving.

What payment options are available?

You can pay cash, with Bancontact, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.

Where can I park?

The nearest car park is Parking Sint-Michiels (350m from our jetty).

Is a Covid-Safe ticket obligatory?

No, it is not; as the boat trip is an outdoor activity.

Is the boat wheelchair accessible?

The boat is accessible if the person in question, with assistance:

  • can take down stairs with a handrail

  • can take 2 steps into the boat

  • can take a seat and sit upright on the seat with back support

The wheelchair itself cannot be taken on board, but it can be safely stored at our jetty.

Can I take a buggy on board?

The buggy can be left in a safe place with us at our jetty. It is not possible to take it on board, due to limited space.

Is there a toilet on board?

There is no toilet on board. The nearest public toilets are located under the Sint-Michiels bridge (250m walk from the embarkation point).

What is the total capacity of the fleet?

500 persons with 12 passenger boats.
The number of seats per boat varies between 12 and 65 people.
Also 3 electric boats of 65 persons.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Do you want to give an original present? A boat trip of course!

Are there life jackets on board?

As required by law, there are as many life jackets on board as the maximum number of persons allowed on board.
You will find them under the seat cushions.
